Fast & Furious: House Leadership Demands Answers of DOJ and Eric Holder

Today, finally, Speaker Boehner joined with Rep Daryl Issa and sent a very strongly worded letter to Main Justice and Attorney General Holder demanding answers to the simple questions:
1.  Who is responsible for Brian Terry's death?
2.  Where are the documents that the House Oversight Committee has been asking for for months?
3.  Who approved the F&F operations in Phoenix?

Speaker Boehner stated that relationships between the Congress and the Executive Branch are now severely strained because of Main Justice's lack of response to Congress's questions.

For me, the fact that the letter had to be sent shows how the DOJ and the Obama administration have been very disdainful of the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 10th Amendments in this entire affair.
