A Win for Privacy - Cell Phones Can Not be Searched

The second 9-0 decision by SCOTUS has gone back to the Constitutional basics by reaffirming the 4th Amendment.  The Court decided that smart cell phones are different than older dumb phones because they can contain so much private information about their owners.
