Yesterday, Texas passed a law that said they will not submit to the Federal Government about anti-gun laws. Now kansas has done similarly. Kansas passaed a similar law for firearms mde in KS. AG Eric Holder wrote a letter to protest and declare the law invalid. Kansas has responded that the state will not submit.

The states are starting to re-assert their sovereignty. This is a very good thing, for the Fed have for too long been usurping too much of the powers that belong to the states.
